I won't say much here, but read and pray. And the usual mantra: look at yourself rather than point the finger. We are know we are lovely soft teddy bears, but do they? What reason may they have to see us as a threat? (Who was last engaged in military action in the others backyard? Vietnam and SE Asia. Korea?)
